Asst Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager:POC
  • 7-12 years of related back office experience; should have spent recent 4 years in process &  people management and should be a subject matter expert in the process managed.
  • Should have worked in Financial Security Markets, Financial Instruments, Clearing and Settlement, Brokerage Functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandate.
  • Experience on advanced MS Office Skills - MS-Excel. Ability to write macros would be a plus.
  • Good people management skills; ability to provide process & development feedback and train team members on process activities.
  • Work hours: - Night shifts
  • Education: MBA(Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
